Island Copier with an older unsupported version of Act!, contacted Range CRM to ask for assistance despite the older version. Range CRM went through all the individual databases and updated them to the latest service pack after discovering their import feature was failing. Within our resources we found the appropriate older installation files needed for the update. Range CRM combined all three databases into one master database while retaining whose clients records were whose of the sales personnel. Now all three sales people and the in-office secretary have access to the same database and same information for each of their clients. They can easily find all the details of any client history regardless of whose client and who is available to take the call.
